Tools for Cell Therapy and Stem Cell Research, from Isolation through Cryopreservation
Workflow
From Starting Cells to a Characterized, Banked Cell Population
Cell therapy and stem cell research can take very different paths—from iPSC and mesenchymal stem cell models to engineered cell therapies such as CAR T. But each depends on making the right choices at critical points in the workflow.
We’ve organized our tools around those decisions, so you can find what you need for cell isolation, culture and expansion, 3D culture, differentiation, characterization, and cryopreservation.

Published Data Report
Atract™ Matches Bead-Based T-Cell Activation — Without the Residual Particles
Bio-ReCell evaluated the Atract™ T-cell activation system head-to-head against a leading bead-based competitor (TransAct) using PBMCs from 11 healthy donors.
CD25 activation marker expression averaged 88% with Atract™ vs. 87% with TransAct at 48 hours — comparable activation efficiency.
Both methods achieved over 60-fold T-cell expansion by day 7, with high viability (>85%) maintained throughout.
Exhaustion markers (TIM-3, PD-1, LAG-3) stayed below 25% for both systems, with low CD19+ carryover on day 9.
Atract™ particles are non-phagocytosable and roughly 5x larger than cells, enabling simple removal by standard filtration — with no detectable residual antibody on the cell surface.
Atract™ is compatible with standard T-cell manufacturing platforms — well plates, culture bags, and G-Rex® systems — as well as animal-free sera, GMP-compliant formulations, and a range of cytokine conditions, reducing workflow complexity from research through manufacturing.
