Product Description

The product is an HRP-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone 2H4, Isotype IgG1, RRID: AB_3752982) manufactured by Perseus Proteomics Inc. via Protein A affinity chromatography from immunized GANP® mouse hybridoma cells. Supplied at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL (50 µL volume) in a storage buffer containing 50% glycerol and 0.1% ProClin™ 950 as a preservative, this research-grade conjugate specifically targets human S100 calcium-binding protein A4 (S100A4; also known as Calvasculin, Metastasin, MTS1, CAPL, FSP1, P9KA, or PEL98) without cross-reactivity to other human S100 family proteins (S100A1–A16, S100B, S100G, S100P, or S100Z). It is validated for ELISA at a recommended concentration of 0.1–0.2 µg/mL and is specifically designed as a detection antibody in Sandwich ELISA paired with capture antibody PP-2E10-0C. For long-term stability, it should be aliquoted prior to freezing and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
