Product Description

This product is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody (Clone 2E10, Isotype IgG1, RRID: AB_3752981) manufactured by Perseus Proteomics Inc. via Protein A affinity chromatography from immunized GANP® mouse hybridoma cells. Supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL (100 µL volume) in physiological saline with 0.1% sodium azide, this research-grade antibody specifically targets human S100 calcium-binding protein A4 (S100A4; also known as Calvasculin, Metastasin, MTS1, CAPL, FSP1, P9KA, or PEL98) without cross-reactivity to other human S100 family proteins (S100A1–A16, S100B, S100G, S100P, or S100Z). It is validated for Sandwich ELISA (recommended at 1–5 µg/mL as a capture antibody paired with HRP-conjugated PP-2H4-0C) and Western Blotting (at 2 µg/mL), and it should be stored at 2–8°C for up to one month or aliquoted at -20°C or below for long-term stability.
