Product Description

With the aging of society in Japan, the number of individuals experiencing difficulties in daily life due to joint disorders continues to increase, now accounting for approximately 1% of the population. 
Most of these joint diseases, such as osteoarthritis or chronic rheumatoid arthritis, are caused by damage or necrosis of cartilage tissue.
This product consists of primary cultured rabbit chondrocytes (frozen cells) derived from joint cartilage tissue without loss of function. It is suitable for studies on chondrocyte function, development of therapeutic drugs for joint diseases, and cartilage regeneration experiments.
