Cosmo Bio USA is proud to introduce two new photoactivated adenylyl cyclases from Japanese photonics pioneer Hamamatsu: mOaPAC360 and mOaPAC348.

Mammalian codon-optimized, de-repressed mutants mOaPAC360 and mOaPAC348 are available either in an ampicillin selectable expression plasmid or a serotype 2 adeno-associated viral (AAV) vector with RFP (λex 555nm/λem 584nm) as an expression marker.
