Product Description
This product is a peptone produced by digesting milk casein with pancreatin, and it contains a rich profile of amino acids. It dissolves readily to yield a clear solution with minimal coloration and, compared with other peptones, is less prone to becoming airborne. It provides excellent growth support for the cultivation of common bacteria and for fermentation-industry applications.
