The P-BEAT Electrophoresis Tank is an electrophoresis system designed exclusively for the MultiGel® II Mini and is used for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The P-BEAT Electrophoresis Tank offers excellent operability, allows easy setup, and enables the simultaneous electrophoresis of two gels. By employing a complete lower-buffer cooling system (separated buffer chamber design), heat transfer to the gel is minimized. As a result, when used with the dedicated precast gel MultiGel® II Mini, band smiling is reduced and band diffusion is minimized. The tank is constructed of heat-resistant polycarbonate, allowing high-speed electrophoresis under high-voltage conditions. This instrument is intended for research use only and must not be used for purposes other than research.
