MCDB107 medium is basal medium prepared by a modified MCDB104 medium suitable for the colony-like growth of human diploid fibroblasts. This medium is a basic medium suitable for growth of mesenchymal cells vascular endothelial cells, and vascular smooth muscle cells, such as cardiomyocytes.
