This kit is designed for the preparation of genes derived from T cells and other immune cells from samples containing leukocytes. This kit enables simple extraction and purification of mRNA from leukocytes in samples, synthesis of cDNA by reverse transcription reaction of the purified mRNA, and the synthesized cDNA can be used for evaluation of relative gene expression variation by quantitative PCR.
