This liquid reagent is applicable to general automated chemistry analyzer. NIPRO launched new automated reagent for Indoxyl Sulfate measurement. This reagent is based on enzymatie principle which can be used with general automated chemistıy analyzer. NIPRO believes that this reagent will contribute to your clinical research.

Features

This is the first liquid reagent that uses an enzymatic method
and utilizes sulfatase, which reacts specifically with indoxyl sulfate.

Compatible with general-purpose automated biochemical analyzers.
It is compatible with various general-purpose biochemical analyzers used in facilities.
(Note: Use with plate readers is not intended.)

Rapid measurement is possible;
the measurement time with various biochemical analyzers is 10 minutes, allowing you to obtain measurement results more quickly.

This reagent exhibits excellent correlation with the
conventional HPLC method, as well as superior accuracy and reproducibility.
