Product Description

Kloeckera apiculata is a lemon-shaped yeast that utilizes only glucose during the early stages of wine fermentation and is known for producing high levels of volatile acids, mainly acetic acid. This product contains extracellular vesicles (EVs) purified from the culture supernatant of Kloeckera apiculata strain 180926-3 using an ultrafiltration method. It is suitable for studies on yeast-derived EVs, fermentation microbiology, and microbial interaction during winemaking.
