Hanseniaspora vineae is a typical aromatic wild yeast widely distributed in nature and is known to play an active role during the early stages of spontaneous wine fermentation. This product contains extracellular vesicles (EVs) purified from the culture supernatant of Hanseniaspora vineae strain 181019Y5-2 using an ultrafiltration method. It is suitable for research on yeast-derived EVs, fermentation microbiology, and intercellular communication in microbial ecosystems.
