Product Description

DiKS-Gal • GN(6S) is purified by anion exchange column chromatography from a mixture of oligosaccharides obtained from the digestion of keratan sulphate (KS) polymer with keratanase II (EC: 3.2.1.). DiKS-Gal•GN(6S) is generated from a disaccharide unit in which the 6-position of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine of KS is sulphated. This product contains 1mg of lyophilized DiKS-Gal•GN(6S) per vial. The enclosed Certificate of Analysis lists actual values for product specifications.
