Import Permit Required for US Customers
This product contains animal-derived, plant-derived, or agricultural materials, such as bovine, porcine, equine, etc., components. These are regulated materials and permits ensure they are imported into the United States in compliance with USDA requirements.
Prior to placing an order, customers are required to apply for a VS 16-3 Import Permit directly from the US government regulatory agency, APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service). Please click here for full guidance on applying for an import permit.

Direct Shipment and Fees Authorization
