The coupling to resin (Ab-Capcher) provides an alkali-washable unique affinity medium with high binding capacity for immunoglobulin, which is useful for purification of human, rabbit, and mouse IgGs including mouse IgG1. Ab-Aapcher is alsouseful for immuno-precipitation experiments.
