Visceral Fat Differentiation Medium

Visceral adipose differentiation medium is a serum-containing medium whose components have been adjusted so that preadipocytes can be induced to differentiate into adipocytes.
Visceral Adipocyte Differentiation Medium ver.1 is a dedicated medium for visceral adipocytes (Catalog number: PMC-VAC01C, PMC-VACH1C).

Visceral Adipocyte Differentiation Medium ver. 2 is a medium that can be used not only for rats but also for human visceral adipocytes.

Features of Visceral Fat Differentiation Medium ver.2

1. Perfect for insulin signal analysis

Visceral fat differentiation medium ver.2 has a physiological insulin concentration compared to visceral fat differentiation medium ver.1.
In addition, other growth hormones are also added at physiological concentrations, creating an environment that is closer to the in vivo environment.

2. Are you satisfied with the differentiation efficiency of your adipocytes?

Preadipocyte cells cultured in Visceral Adipogenic Medium ver.2 have a high differentiation efficiency.
By changing the medium used, it is possible that the efficiency of adipocyte differentiation can be increased.

3. Can also be used in animal cells

Visceral Adipogenic Medium ver.2 can culture adipocytes derived from animals such as rats and mice.

The figure below shows the cells cultured under the prescribed culture conditions *1 for each preadipocyte .
