Background
CHD1 belongs to a subfamily of the CHD family. It possesses a chromodomain, a helicase domain, and a DNA-binding domain. The CHD family regulates gene expression by contributing to ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling. CHD1 occurs in transcriptionally active regions and alters chromatin structure.
Application
Western blotting, 1/1,000 to 1/5,000
Immunocytochemistry, 1/100 to 1/500
Immunohistochemistry, 1/100 to 1/500
