N-Histofine® High Stain™ HRP (MULTI) is a Two-step (as compared to conventional One-step) polymer detection system (from Nichirei Biosciences) designed to maximize immunohistochemical signal intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissue sections stained with primary antibodies from either mouse or rabbit. It deploys Nichirei Bioâs patented Universal Immuno-enzyme Polymer (UIP) technology that combines amino acid polymers with multiple molecules of peroxidase (PO) and secondary antibodies reduced to Fabâ fragments.
