About Nichirei Biosciences Inc.
Nichirei Biosciences Inc. has developed and improved a patented state-of-the-art Universal Immuno-enzyme Polymer (UIP) technology that it deploys in its N-Histofine® immunohistochemistry (IHC) line of kits. UIP comprises amino acid polymers labeled with multiple molecules of chromogen-producing enzymes [horseradish peroxidase (PO) or alkaline phosphatase (AP)] and secondary antibodies reduced to Fab’ fragments. To eliminate background staining, solid-phase adsorption of secondary antibodies is conducted with relevant sera. N-Histofine® kits are available for human, mouse and rat tissue sections in versions optimized for use with mouse, rabbit, rat, and goat primary antibodies.
