BioMasher Full-Featured Tissue Homogenizer Series

BioMasher is a high-quality line of single-use tissue homogenizers, suitable for extraction of biological molecules such as DNA, RNA, lipids, and proteins. You can find the most suitable type for your work, depending on the hardness, size, fibrosity of your tissue and your experimental needs.  PowerMasher II is a handy, high-torque battery powered pestle rotator that is ideal when processing multiple samples with BioMasher II, III, V, or SP.   

 

BioMasher® I

• Format: 1.5 or 2 ml tube with removable filter basket and
  matching pestle
• Crush samples on filter
• Choose filter pore size: 80-145 (PP) or 20-60 (PE) microns
• Choose rubber O-ring on pestle or no O-ring
• non-sterile

• Format: 1.5 ml tube with matching pestle
• Crush directly on tube surface
• Opposing abrasive surfaces on pestle tip and tube
• Pestle splash guard minimizes backwash 
• PowerMasher II compatible
• Choose non-sterile or sterile, wrapped individually
