Features of frozen NK cells
NK cells are selected and cultured from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells derived from donors who have agreed to use them for research purposes. The cells are cultured to a concentration of over 80% CD3- CD56+ cells, and then stored in liquid nitrogen.
FN100 has been confirmed to be negative for cell count: >1×10⁷ cells/vial, mycoplasma, and general viable bacteria.
FN105 has been confirmed to be negative for cell count: >1×10⁷ cells/vial, mycoplasma, general viable bacteria, HIV, HBV, and HCV.
