Collagenase assay kit

The Collagenase Assay Kit is a simple kit for measuring collagenase activity using fluorescently labeled collagen as a substrate. Please use it for measuring collagenase activity in cell culture supernatant.

This product can measure 240 samples using a fluorescence spectrophotometer (semi-micro cell) and 480 samples using a fluorescence plate reader.
