ExoTrap™ Spin Column

CosmoBio USA's ExoTrap™ Exosome Isolation Spin Column Kit uses spin column-immobilized anti human CD9 antibody (clone 12A12) to capture exosomes. Exosome-derived proteins and micro RNAs can be isolated within 30 minutes from human serum, plasma, saliva, urine and culture supernatants.

Experimental examples

Using ExoTrap™ exosomes were recovered in 50ul SDS sample buffer. Exosome marker expression was analyzed by western blot.
