Description: EzWay™ Direct Hot Taq PCR MasterMix is a premixed solution containing Hot Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, Direct PCR Buffer, dye and additives in a 1.5ml tube. Hot Taq DNA Polymerase, a chemically modified form of Taq DNA Polymerase, provides high specificity in hot-start PCR.
