Incubation Chamber 

 Ideal for any slide-based application requiring humid environment. Another Japan favorite. Weighty acrylic construction. Close fitting lid with wide rubber gasket prevents evaporation. Removable glass rods elevate samples. Use with Absorbent black paper for maintaining humid environment and high-contrast viewing. Much more than just a box, this is indeed a chamber. In clear, or orange for UV sensitive applications.

Features

  • The chamber interior can be observed at all times.
  • Dark orange color reduces transmission of infrared light, making it suitable for fluorescent antibody techniques.
  • Heat and cold stable. Use in refrigerator or incubator (-20 to + 45 C).
  • The incubation chambers are thin and strong for stacking without collapsing.
  • Chamber interior can be easily removed and cleaned.
  • Two sizes: for 20 or 10 standard slides.
  • The position of the slide glass can be shifted.
  • The use of high-quality rubber packing maintains proper humidity, making the chamber excellent for long-term storage.
  • Resistant to solvents and acids such as alcohol and hydrochloric acid.
  • Suitable as a reaction box for immunoprecipitation in agar gel (Ouchterlony methods) or immunoelectrophoresis.
  • Convenient for staining blood smear samples or cytodiagnosis samples.

    Note : This product can NOT be autoclaved. Incubation chamber sheets are sold separately.

Incubation Chamber Sheets

Spreading out a sheet provides a black background that makes samples easy to view.
The sheets are highly water absorbent. If a sheet gets dirty, it can be replaced quickly and easily.

Features

  • This is a high-temperature incubation chamber that uses heat-resistant PVC board while maintaining the same shape, dimensions, and configuration as the incubation chamber.
  • Can be used between -20℃ and 80℃.
    *We conducted a temperature test by leaving the product in an incubator (80℃) for 9 hours 3 times, and no deformation or distortion was observed.
  • Two colors are available: a "transparent type" that allows internal observation, and a "light-shielding type" that blocks light from outside.
  • There are versions for 20 sheets and 10 sheets.

    Please note: This product can NOT be autoclaved!

Question I am considering an incubation chamber to use for FISH. Is there any data available regarding light penetration? (light blocking effect) If not, would you prefer dark orange or cool gray?
Answer For FISH, we recommend to you KMB-10HTLS, 20HTLS
   
Question Do you sell the rubber part only?
Answer Yes, it is possible to purchase only the rubber part. However, we recommend you to purchase at home improvement centers as it might be much cheaper for you that way.

Answer Yes, it should be possible
   
Question My incubation chamber became deformed. What kind of reasons can be raised?
Answer The incubation chamber will not deform with direct sun light. The usage temperature may have been out of range of the proposed usage temperature range (-20C〜45C)
   
Question What is the material of the sheet composed of?
Answer The sheet is composed of paper (Stained black).
   
Question Can I purchase only the inner plate?
Answer Unfortunately no.
