Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. POGZ (pogo transposable element-derived protein with zinc finger domain; 1410 aa, 155 kDa) plays a role in mitotic cell cycle progression and is involved in kinetochore assembly and mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Probably throughits association with CBX5 (HP1 alpha) it plays a role in mitotic chromosome segregation by regulating aurora kinase B/AURKB activation and AURKB and CBX5 dissociation from chromosome arms.
Cross Reactivity] Human, Mouse
