Biosepartion	Magnosphere MS300/Streptavidin
Magnoshere MS300/Streptavidin- Isolate biotinylated proteins or nucleotides using these superparamagnetic microparticles. Beads feature low non-specific binding and are free from enzyme activity. Applications include PCR, DNA hybridization, and enzyme immunoassays. Magnoshere MS300/Carboxyl- Immobilize antibodies, proteins or nucleotides to the surface of these magnetic microparticles. Conjugated beads can be used enzyme immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, and nucleic acid hybridization. Magnoshere MS300/Low Carboxyl- Immobilize antibodies, proteins or nucleotides to the surface of these magnetic microparticles.Conjugated beads can be used enzyme immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, and nucleic acid hybridization. Low Carboxyl beads feature ultra low non-specific binding and are ideal for LC-MS. Sugar Chain Immobilized Gold Nano Particles- Useful for evaluating sugar chain-protein interactions in protein aggregation or inhibitory assays, dot blots, or protein isolation. Available with a variety of structurally defined sugar chains. Heparin Gold Nano Particles- These gold nanoparticles are immorbilized with heparin, a sulfated polysacharride. Applications include: isolation of heparin binding molecules from crude lysates and probing dot blots.
