Purification:
Each antibody is purified by Protein A or Protein G affinity chromatography from hybridomas grown in IgG-depleted serum.

Applications:
Each antibody has been qualified for immunoblotting applications (western blot, WB; dot blot DB). To date, 45 are qualified for immunocytochemistry (ICC), 44 for flow cytometry (FC), and 29 for immunoprecipitation (IP).  Updates to qualified applications will be posted as they become available.
