Cellwatcher®
Compact inverted phase video microscope
The Cellwatcher is a compact, inverted phase video microscope designed to fit inside a bench top incubator, without the need for an external CO2 source. Equipped with the cell culture chamber, and the "Culture-pal" CO2 pack keeping the atmosphere at about 5% CO2, simply connect the Cellwatcher to your personal computer, VCR, DVR, or any recording device to take time lapsed photos of your cell culture which can be viewed together as a live action movie. The Cellwatcher provides an easy and inexpensive solution to monitor cell growth, and see the direct results of cell growth inhibitors.
Cellwatcher features
- Constantly monitors cell growth and saves images to any recording device.
- Built in optical zoom function.
- System doesn't require expensive stage-top CO2 incubator.
- Uses USB or NTSC connections.
- Easy to use, providing fast, accurate results.
The Cellwatcher outputs the image signal via either USB2.0 or NTSC format. We offer two types of Cellwacher (USB type or NTSC type)

CO2-less tissue culture with "Culture-Pal"
| The Cellwatcher fits inside an incubator set at 37C, but without the need for an external CO2 source. The images are sent to PC or VCR from within the incubator, so you don't have to use the Cellwatcher at room temperature with CO2 gas connections. The picture to the right shows the Cellwatcher inside a standard desktop incubator, connected to a computer. |

|
| We offer a special CO2 pouch, the "Culture-Pal" which generates CO2 during cell culture growth and maintains CO2 concentration at 5% within the cell culture chamber. The culture chamber contains the Culture-Pal and water tray together with tissue culture plate. The picture at the right shows preparation of the culture
