Easily place unnatural amino acids at the position of your choice by in vitro tranlsation with CloverDirect precharged aminoacyl tRNA reagents.

Features:

Accurate and Quantitative: CloverDirect™ aminoacyl tRNAs recognize either amber stop codons (UAG) or 4 residue codons (CGGG), allowing the user to design proteins that will retain proper folding and function with up to two different modifications at specific sites.

Fast and Easy: Sythesis of modified proteins is compeleted in a few hours by adding CloverDirect reagents and DNA or RNA containing CGGG or UAG codons to an in vitro translation system.

Flexible: Aminoacyl tRNAs are available targeting either CGGG or UAG codons linked to unnatural amino acids containing fluorescent groups, biotin, PEG, photo crosslinkers and more.
