In vivo imaging of gene silencing effect of siRNA/AteloGene complex delivered systemically in mice.
In vivo imaging analysis of nude mice injected with 3 X 106 PC-3Mluc-C6 cells suspended in 100 ul of sterile Dulbecco’s PBS into the left ventricle of the heart. Four weeks after tumor injection, each animal was injected i.v. with 25 ug of luciferase GL3 siRNA complexed with 0.05% atelocollagen solution or 25 ug of luciferase GL3 siRNA alone.		  
In vivo imaging of gene silencing effect of siRNA/AteloGene complex delivered locally in mice.
Luciferase GL3 siRNA (2.5 ug) complexed with 0.5% Atelocollagen was administered into xenografted turmors in mice and luciferase expression of was monitored by in vivo imaging analysis.
