Serum-free
medium optimized for mouse hybridomas
Based on a 1:1 formulation of Eagle's MEM and RPMI 1640, use this
chemically defined medium for the serum-free and albumin-free culture of
mouse hybridoma cells.
Great for limiting dilution cloning. Aids in
antibody purification. Ready to use right out of the bottle.
Also useful for the culture of K562, HL-60, Vero, MDCK
cells and human B lymphocyte-transformed by EB virus.
