100bp Ready-to-Use DNA Ladder

Description The 100bp DNA ladder consists of the following fragments: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500bp.  The 500bp band is about 2-3 times brighter than the other bands to provide orientation.

Recommendations for Use Load ~5ul of 100bp Ready-to-Use DNA ladder in one lane of 1.0-2.0% agarose gel.

Contents The ladder is supplied in 10mM Tris-HCL (pH 8.0), 5mM NaCl, 10mM EDTA, 5% glycerol, 0.05% bromophenol blue.

Quality Control Electrophoretic gel analysis shows that all bands between 100bp and 1500bp are separated.  The 500bp band must have stronger intensity than the other bands.

Storage Conditions It is stable at 4°C for at least 12 months.  For longer storage, -20°C is recommended.
